media for communicating information. State which you consider to be the
most effective.

Nowadays media is widely exploited as the tool to spread the message from one source to general audiences. Obviously, Each of them is different in various aspects and it is implausible to judge which one is the most efficacy way. Rule of thumb to say, it depends on what the information it is and what the target receivers they are.
Comics, most of the time, are overlooked for the proficiency as its image is childish and informal. Comics are useful if the targets are children or teenage who fond of reading comics. The substance is subtled in the drawing and appealing stories. For example, to teech the youth the important of brushing the teeth, comic is a good option. However, it is not proper for sophisticate telling or formal topic.
Second most major media is books. Although books might be considered as old-fashioned and ineffective once compared to the animations or television, it lasts long and directs to the audiences more. Also, the information could be used for referenced in the future conveniently. Negative side of using book is it takes time to communicate. The process of publishing and distributing takes long time and less competitive. Using books is not appropriate if we would like to communicate rapidly and the information is inclined to be out of date soon.
Not to be missed, television is a smart option if the budget is affordable. It reaches to plentiful households which is composed of various genders, ages, and regions targets. The duration it takes is relatively short but the cost is quite high. Moreover, the rate of competition seems to be high especially during the prime time. As a result, the message may not reach the audience as expected.
In conclusion, currently there are choices of media to be utilised. It is infeasible to determine the most prolific methods without considering the subjects, budgets and audiences.
