Please review Task 2 for GT and rate.

Some say that it is more important for employers to consider academic qualifications rather than personal life experience and values when hiring an employee. Do you agree or disagree? What are positive and negative aspects of the issue?

*********************************

In an era of a competitive world, the biggest challenge any industry faces is hiring an employee. As the dynamics varies from industry to industry but it will always rage a debate whether to hire a candidate with a good academic qualification or look for the candidate’s experience. There are many companies which would like to maintain a standard of a basic qualification before they interview any candidate. For e.g. in the software industry it becomes mandatory to have a candidate a computer degree to become a developer. It becomes very difficult for the employer to educate someone how to teach the basics and expect the candidate to be onboard considering the cost.
The other side of it is that sometimes experience in a certain area really helps you to move forward. . Experience helps individual not to commit the same mistakes again. However, those learnings can be used in order to build the knowledge base. For e.g. a computer developer may not be holding a proficiency in all the technologies. However, if they have worked on some core technologies with strong concepts built prior then it will help them in resolving any type of problem in future.
To conclude, I support the experience more than the academics as the academic learning is way different from the real time work what one does. Talent shouldn’t be let out just because of the academic qualifications. The evaluation of the candidate should be done by looking his experience and zeal to learn the new things by exploring the challenges out of his/her comfort zone.

Appreciate your feedback.

Hello!

Despite quite a lot of grammar mistakes, this is a good essay with reasonably clear points which have been developed to some extent.

All the best,
David
