Question related to the speaking section

When I was doing the speaking test, I saw the examiner written some numbers on his paper. Does anyone knows the meaning of these numbering? Is that the higher number you get equals the higher marks you will have?

Could they have been noting the number of grammatical errors? I'm not quite sure what this would be.
