Word association game

The way this game works is simple. You type a sentence with one CAPITALIZED word. That word must share some lexical relationship with the CAPITALIZED word from the previous post.

I will post the first few to get us going (please notice the relationship that exists between each CAPITALIZED word and the CAPITALIZED word that came before it).

Here we go:

Many DIALECTS spoken in certain parts of Thailand 30 years ago seem to disappear nowadays.

His heavy ACCENT had clearly confused the audience, who were now applauding hesitantly, as if unsure whether the presentation was really over.
