Need help

Hello everybody,This is Kevin.I live in Canada.I immigrated here 3 months ago.I am general physician and I need academic IELTS band score of 7 in each section to apply for medical college.I did the General exam about one and half years ago and I scored 6.5.I would like to know that what should I study for the academic exam and how much time is needed for me regarding to my latest general score?
