Is there only one examiner decide our result of speaking test? or they have another examiner review the recorder later?

The majority of recordings are only listened to by the examiner. If they are not confident about a score, they might listen to it during the 5 minutes of extra time they have between candidates.

However, there are 2 other situations when someone else will listen to it.
First, when a student pays to have a remarked test.
Second, about 5% of every examiners tests are marked by a senior examiner to make sure the examiner is doing a good job. If the examiner has given a different score to the senior examiner they will have to retrain. if they do it twice, they will lose their job.
