As far as reading is concerned, it is quite hard that you get your band changed because it is evaluated by a computer and another examiner checks for wrong answers,

So, I wouldn't recommend, but money is not an issue, then apply for revaluation.

Allen, I used ' would' because its called hedging, means you cannot be 100% certain, in those cases you can use ' would'.

If I use 'will' then it is 100% certain.
