According to the bar graph, each packet were equally downloaded in third and fifth weeks. Thus, the most preferable packet by people was Activex on both weeks. In sequence, Java was in the second place, and Net was in the third. During the first, second and fourth week, Activex was a leader. However, its level became lower in the first week than the second and fourth. The rate of Java raised through the weeks. The Net package was at nearly same level in the first and fourth weeks, but it experienced the lowest amount in the second week.
In conclusion, it can be inferred from the bar chart, people preferred the Activex package the most while they less downloaded the Net during five weeks.
