got overall 6.5(GENERAL) but only 5.5 in writing

Dear all,
I got 7.5 in speaking and listening and 6 in reading, however i could get only 5.5 in writing. But for immigration to canada, i need atleast 6 in all components. Is there anyway i can re-evaluate? and what are the chances of getting 6 in writing?
