I appeared last 20 Sept BC Singapore and these are questions that i could remember was asked though is not really accurate.

General Training

Writing

Task 1

Last weekend you were at your friends house and you forgot your watch somewhere at their house.

Write a letter to thank him
Tell him that you forgot your watch at his house.
write other things you want to tell him

Task 2

Do you agree or Disagree?

- Your full name pls?
-where are you from?
- do you work or study?
-What do you do at work?
- Lets talk about MAPS, how often do you used it?
-Which MAPS do you prefer( Paper Maps or Online Maps)? why?
Task 2

Task 3

What country should you recommend to your relatives to spent holidays outside your country and why?

another questions:

Listening, was really a difficult one. almost everyone was worried about it even those who got band 8 for 3 times was also complaining about it. What more for a 1st taker like me:)

arsmet wrote:I took GENERAL test in IRAN, and our listening questions seem to be different of those mentioned above!
For example, section one was about talking to an agent for renting a house somewhere.
section 2 was about an student with a recent injury in his finger, and so on. :!:

Hi
I am looking for answers of exam 20 Sep 2014
I am from India attend the Exam IELTS GT on 20th Sep.

Listening Section 1: Agent talking about house rent and Section 4 Pine Woods.

Reading: Section 3 - Rockstar Bands Albums

Can I have answers for Reading & Listening.

And for Writing the somehow I write only 246 Words and last moment I counted are they going to deduct the half band for not 250 words in essay task 2

I read a book from an IELTS examiner before. He said only if the words counted less than 241, you would be deducted half band

Hi guys,
I've been following this topic for few days now...
I took academic version of IELTS on 20th September in Serbia...
I've been following other forums and gathered some interesting information.. The same questions appeared in Serbia, Canada, UK, India.. Iran and Pakistan had the same listening part, but reading and writing were different...
As for my speaking section, here are some questions I can recall :
1st part
Do you like the place where you currently live?
Do you know many people in the area you live in?
Is it a good area for raising a family?

2nd part
CUE CARD: describe one thing you had to share with someone. What it was, with who you shared it...

What things children do not like to share?
What could parents do to motivate their children to share with others?
What benefits could children have in the future if they learn how to share at early age?

3rd part
How often do you travel by car?
Do people in your city often travel by taxi?
When was the last time you traveled by taxi?
Do you think everyone should learn how to drive and have a driving license?
Is there a lot of traffic in your city?
What could companies do to motivate people to share transportation?
