Ielts funding

Firstly,i would like to thanks Ryan for the instruction regarding funding on ielts exam. I m sure ,it will be beneficial for those who are financial handicapped.My name is Udaya Pandit ,a Nepalese citizen.I m finding it hard to register for ielts exam ,just being born under the subcontinent part of the world ,arguably one of the poorest country of this region.I would be very grateful if someone come forward for my assistance.
