Hi
If task 2 question is
do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?
should I write about both or I can choose to write about either the advantages or disadvantages?

Hi Elhassan,
Write about both. Clearly declare whether you feel there are more/less advantages in the introduction or conclusion paragraph.

Agreed. You actually do not have to write about both, but doing so always makes your essay better. It depends on your target score - if you only want 5, don't worry ...

What about this question
Is this a positive or negative development?
should I also write about both the positives and negatives, and give my opinion?
Or I can choose either to write about the positives or the negatives?
I need to score at least 7

You should write both and then conclude.
