When should i
make my task on side and when to make it two sides?
For example , if the examiner asked that qustion " countries are becoming more and more similar because people are able to buy the same products any where in the world . do you think this is positive or negative development ?
Here it should be one side or two sides ?

Excellent question!

You only have to look at both sides if the question tells you to. However, if you only look at one side, it does suggest that there are no arguments on the other side, which might not be true.
