Dear Mr. John,

My name is Jenny who is living next to your unit. I am writing with regard to your complaint about the noise which I have made recently. I am sincerely apology for the inconvenience I am sure I caused you and your family members.

Recently, my apartment is doing renovation due to we will have a new family member in several months later. Therefore, we are preparing a baby room for him. Because I attempt to renew the room by myself after my working. So that it has made the noise during the evening time.

I am really sorry about it. I will stop to do it on the weekdays as well as try to do it during weekends. I will pay more attention to the disruption and also close all the windows and doors while I am working. Hope it can be able to minimize the noise.
