Thank you for sharing your speaking. Although the audio quality is quite poor, it is clear that you are capable of using several piece of academic vocabulary accurately. There are, however, many areas with unnatural sounding pauses. Further, at times I feel you could have expanded upon your answer further. Your pronunciation needs additional development, as at several instances the listener strains to understand what it is you are saying (of course, the poor audio quality doesn't help you here).
All things considered, I would gauge this performance at roughly a band 5. To improve the quality of your speaking, please try mimicking native English speaking friends and/or the audio from conversations within movies and television shows. Try running through this exercise 10 or 20 times for further training:
