Hahaha it's so funny the first part is the same questions I got on my test on 17th May in Brisbane. My 2nd and 3rd parts were different tho.

Yup.. You just have to write exactly based on the recorded audio and you have to get the spelling and grammar correct. Also, you must do what the instructions tell you to do. It costs US$220 in my home country Indonesia and AUD$330 (GST Free) and AUD$363 (GST Inclusive) in Australia. Whether you pay the GST or not depends on the purpose of the test e.g. GST free if you use it for study or immigration purposes.

Attached is the picture of maps used as the question for the Academic Writing test Task 1 for the test on 17 May 2014. The maps are not 100% accurate but they do show key elements to answer the question. Anyone remembers more details about the maps please feel free to add up. Cheers
